We haven't really started spamming yet, as we're still trying to get a feel for all of Abyssea and as such we haven't put much focus into the BST items.

Yet.

What we do know is that both the NMs for the items you mention are quite easy with a fairly low-man group of SMNs and/or BSTs. If we wanted to spam, it wouldn't be too much of a problem at all. One thing I would suggest though is to activate more Confluxes to cut down on travel time.
