I had the same reaction the first time I stumbled upon Monsters Inc. when surfing through the BST forums on KI. It didn't take me long to realize that Ramuh was where I needed to be. Whether my application was accepted or not, I had to see what MI was doing first hand. To be accepted and included since that first day of server jumping allayed my fears of leaving Ifrit. Now, being in a position to help MI grow into something that inspires the Pet Job community and break the barriers of our job's, is simply awesome.
Without a doubt, joining this linkshell has been the best part of my 5 years of playing FFXI as it has allowed me to experience so many aspects of the game that I had missed out on because I was (and still am) a BST.
I hope that the day the servers are taken offline, MI will still be here. Full of wayward BSTs, SMNs, and PUPs that found a place to belong in this linkshell. Who knows, maybe you'll be a member by then..
And hopefully we aren't 2/400 on P.Harpe..
